About a year ago I discovered the most wonderful baking company, Sandy's Baking Memories (soon to be Firefly Confections).  The appearance of the cookies first caught my eye when I was looking for party favors for our Summer birthdays.  The perfectly shaped, frosted and glittery cookies looked almost fake. Then, I was lucky enough to sample five one.  Perfectly baked with a hint of lemon, my entire family enjoyed these delicious treats.  We sampled them in the Summer and were lucky to get the most adorable plate of ice cream shaped cookies, each perfectly wrapped and tied with a coordinating bow.  I blogged about those scrumptious delights here.  We were also gave some special treats to a lucky friend this past Christmas as well.  The quality of Sandy's Baking Memories just can't be beat!
