Ingredients:
- 500 gm squid wash and clean inside the belly and tentacle,
- 4 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 each medium chili
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
- In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Using knife, make diamond cut [just to ensure the seasoning go through squid].
- Add squid and marinate for at least two hour and this marinate should be kept in refrigerator to get maximum flavor before grilling. Don�t forget to add some lime juice to prevent from fish smell.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degree F and start grilling until the squid cooked. When you do grilling, baste with remaining marinate to shine the squid and it can bring more flavor.
