- 220 gm Fettuccine, cooked
- 30 gm Spinach, raw
- 30 gm Button Mushroom, cut quartered
- 1 Tbs Green Onion
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbs Fresh Basil, roughly chopped
- 100 ml Red Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
How to cook:
- Heat olive oil in a saut� pan over medium heat.
- Put garlic, spinach, basil and mushroom.
- Cook for about 1 minute, do not over cook. Add marinara sauce and bring to boil, after that adds fettuccine and green onion.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and black pepper coarse also sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like. Serve hot.
