Finally a response from our fearless leaders...

There have been some recent developments in the Postville story. Chet Culver, the Governor of Iowa wrote a guest column in the Des Moines Register calling out Agriprocessors for "...strong evidence of a company that has chosen to take advantage of a failed federal immigration system."

Obama denounced "employers who are taking advantage of undocumented workers" in response to a question about Postville on Monday.

Finally, some sad news. Today ICE performed a raid in Laurel, MI very similar to the one in Postville, as predicted here earlier.
