1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
3 ea. Medium Prawn, peeled
2 Tbs Cockles, peeled
1 ea. Whole Egg
30 gm Cay Sim
30 gm Bean Sprout
2 Tbs Cooking Oil
1 Tbs Dark Sweet Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Chili and Tomato Blend
225 gm Kway Teow
As needed Chicken Stock
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
Heat cooking oil in a wok, add garlic cook very quickly don't burn. Then add egg, chili and tomato blend prawn and cockles, kway teow and vegetable. Cook and stir using spatula quickly to avoid sticking to the wok. Finally add soy sauce and adjust seasoning. Add chicken stock if needed to keep the kway tiow shiny and moist. Serve immediately.
Cooking time for this recipe is not longer than 5 minutes, the taste is very depend on how you manage timing of every step adding in ingredients.
