Ingredients:
- 250 gm rack of lamb or lamb chop
- 30 ml clarified butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp course black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulate garlic
- 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
Cooking Method:
- Heat charcoal grill or flat grill.
- Seasoned lamb with rubs seasoning as needed evenly.
- Brush butter into grill to prevent sticking.
- Cook to temperature desire 6-8 minutes for medium done.
- After cooked, put on large plate served with mashed pot, rice or chips and sauteed vegetables accompany with barbecue sauce or mint sauce.
