340 gm Semi Sweet Chocolate, cut into small pieces
170 gm Salted Butter
435 ml Eggs
225 White Sugar
1 Tbs Bread Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
170 gm Pecan Nut, chooped
Cooking Method/Direction:
- Gather all ingredients.
- Place chocolate pieces and butter in a double boiler under low heat until it reaches liquid form.
- Add sugar, salt and vanilla to chocolate and mix well to avoid lumpy.
- Put chocolate mix and eggs in a mixer, add in flour mix slowly for about 1 minute 30 seconds, or until blended. Do not over mix.
- Add room temperature pecans and mix until blended about 30 seconds.
- Grease a suitable baking pan, brownies thickness about 2 cm.
- Bake in pre heated oven at 170'C for 15-20 minutes, check using toothpick. Brownies should be clean of raw mixture.
- Pull from the oven, serve hot. If you intend to serve later, heat in a mirowave to aim great taste of brownies.
