Mad Men and 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan were among the winners at the 51st Monte Carlo Television Festivalâs Golden Nymph Awards.
Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Owain Yeoman, Bonnie Bedelia, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence were among the guests who joined SAS Prince Albert II of Monaco on the red carpet at the event.
Man Men took home the âOutstanding International Producerâ title, while John Hamm bagged the âOutstanding Actorâ title for his portrayal of Don Draper.
30 Rockâs Morgan picked up âOutstanding Actorâ in the comedy category, while ABCâs Modern Family took the âOutstanding International Producerâ gong.
In the TV Audience Awards, CSI: Las Vegas earned the âBest Drama TV Seriesâ title, while Desperate Housewives took home the âBest Comedy TV Seriesâ and The Bold and the Beautiful scooped âBest Soap Operaâ.
Sky News also took home a pair of gongs for âBest TV News Itemâ (Battle for Zawiya) and âBest 24-Hour News Programâ (Mubarak Steps Down).
Chief executive officer of the Monte Carlo TV Festival David Tomatis said: âThis year we received many entries into the competition from all around the world and I am delighted to see so many international winners of Golden Nymphs.
âThe 51st edition of the festival has been a great success and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to everyone who has participated this year.â
